Lee was very helpful and walked us through the entire process. He was quick to respond to my questions and we were able to lower the years on our loan. We have refinanced through Rocket Mortgage before, and everyone is always nice and helpful... however, Lee was by far the BEST we have worked with at Rocket Mortgage.
