Talk did a great job of coaching us through the refinancing process. She was available and easy to reach. She has a positive and encouraging phone presence and explained the process well.

Aaron was great. We went from not getting approved to purchasing our first home within three weeks! He was there every step of the way. He was honest about what we needed to do & what would work best for us. We would definitely use Aaron again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason! We have worked with Rocket Mortgage on many deals in the past and have been very pleased, but Jason has gone above and beyond! He is patient and super friendly. He was quick to respond and always got back to us in a very timely manner. Rocket Mortgage certainly has a fantastic employee in Jason. We are very appreciative of all of his hard work. ...I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason!
