My 1st loan expert with Rocket was on leave, I had questions he was out so he out me in touch with Frank as his out of office was not licensed to deal with Ohio loans. It's truly a blessing they put me in touch with Frank as he was helpful, knowledgeable, always able to calm my fears throughout the mortgage process.
