I came to Cory after my bank made an error in their pre-approval process and informed me that they did not write loans for the type of property we were buying. As a first time home buyer, I was panicked and stressed when I was left in a lurch.

However, Cory quickly went to work allaying many of my concerns. He worked with me until late on a Friday night to ensure that I submitted my complete loan application as soon as possible so his team could work on it over the weekend. He was knowledgable and patient responding to a to all of my phone calls and first-time home buyer questions promptly. He was also very informed about the New York City co-op purchasing process, which is extremely complicated and not common to the rest of the country.

Cory even went out of his way to make sure that I was able to apply an employer discount to my loan application that I missed in my rush to find a lender. I discovered that Rocket Mortgage was offering $1,000 in credits for employees working at my organization through a dedicated program. I was worried that I wouldn't receive the credits because I had not applied through the dedicated line, but Cory went to work and made sure that I received the discounts.
