We had tried working through USAA for our VA loan. After having issue after issue with them, we reluctantly tried Rocket Mortgage. I mean, USAA is supposed to be specialist for veterans. We couldn't have been more wrong. Alan and the Rocket Mortgage team knows VA Loans better than anyone out there. There wasn't once that Alan had to say "let me ask my manager" or "let me ask underwriting". ...We had tried working through USAA for our VA loan.
