What a patient and caring guy! We loaded him down with questions and called several times while away. He was extremely knowledgeable and returned our calls right away.

We both highly recommend Brian. We are of retirement age and hadn't refinanced in quite awhile necessitating Brian's handholding of our refinance. Couldn't have had a better experience! Highly recommend Brian!

George was the first person I spoke with at Rocket Mortgage. He immediately allayed my many concerns I had about securing financing online. then due to changes at work, we had to cancel at the eleventh hour. George was more than accommodating and was just as willing to work on a traditional refi. We appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. We would happily work with him again. And, we got as competitive a deal as was available. Read MoreRead Less

The experience with Sean made it easy and painless. Everytime I had a question about my loan he had all the right answers. When I would get stressed out about something he would tell me it would be fine and no need to stress. If I ever get another chance to buy another home I would like to have Sean be my banker. Thank you for all you hard work getting my family into our new home.

There were no surprises and everything turned out great. Sam was a true professional in his approach to helping us in every way possible. He left little doubt that that he was covering every base to make our refinance experience as pleasant as possible. As a result of Sam's support and guidance throughout the entire process I would give him a rating of EXCELLENT and I would not hesitate to recommend Sam or Rocket Mortgages service to anyone.
