Thomas is the man. He was always around the answer my questions and was really great about explaining the things that I didn't know. One thing I loved was that he advised me on what I needed ahead of time so that I'd be ready and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I had tried to work with two other refinancing agencies. I've also refinanced a car and financed a new car recently. They could all learn a lot from Michael and Rocket Mortgage. Michael made me feel like he wanted my business and enjoyed working with me. The other places felt like if I jumped through all their hoops maybe they would permit me to borrow money from them.
