I spoke to Kunal the second time I contacted Rocket Mortgage this year. The first time I was met with professional help on the options I could use in my financial planning. In talking with Kunal we stopped after a brief discussion and he ask me what were my needs and goals. He gave me three courses of action and the costs I would incur on each. We had several conversations and each time took care of things that would be needed for a closing. Kunal even made made a last minute change that would save me expenses as I received unexpected funds.
Kunal went out of his way to help me throughout the process. He was professional while being pleasant, cordial and a joy with which to work. I would refer Kunal to my best friend or anyone.
