Michael was very prompt, responsive and informative! He gave regular updates, returned phone calls invariably in no time and could be reached via email too.
Even when my requirements changed several times, he went through all changes patiently and made the whole loan process happen smoothly! Hats off to him!

Joe Waters is a true professional in all actions that he performs. With out a doubt he was the best person that we had during the refinancing process. Thanks again Joe. Keep up the great work.

Justin epitomizes what Rocket Mortgage is and that is simply a proffesional, caring and dedicated to his work. Justin took care of us like we were family.

Bill worked diligently to get our loan processed. He made the entire process a smooth transaction. Great communication, at hours that were convenient for us. Spoke to him a few times late in the evening.
