He was willing to teach and explain things to me with the program and how to navigate the program. He immediately made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance. He took the time to answer all my many questions and addressed my concerns. He was with me through the process and when I was working with others from the Rocket Mortgage team I actually contacted him again with a couple of concerns and he explained every step with me. The loan has put me and my daughters finances back on track and I am extremely thankful that Drew was the one who answered my online request :)
