I am a repeat customer to Rocket Mortgage. Brian Baumann was my original lender who originally so impressed me that I requested him when I refinanced this time again with Rocket Mortgage. He has given me sage advice and got the process on the fast track, saving me time and money. He answered all my emails promptly, even taking my phone call while on his lunch break. He has given me sage advice and got the process on the fast track, saving me time and money. He answered all my emails promptly, even taking my phone call while on his lunch break. (no annoying voice mail) Brian also kept me up to speed with the process by sending courteous reminders for the issues I needed to answer. I am very pleased to give Brian an excellent review.
