Rob was very easy to deal with, very professional in a friendly way. Our loan took over two months because county taxes became due during the time we were trying to close the loan but Rob was always trying to figure out a way to speed up the process. Rob always returned our calls in a timely manner. He is such a friendly guy, easy to talk to, somebody you would like for a neighbor. Laura was great through out the whole process. Made it sooooo easy for me. I really liked that she was so patient and it didn't bother her that she needed to explain some things a couple of times. Thank you Laura!!!!

Applying for a mortgage is usually a convoluted and difficult process. Not so this time, Angelo took charge, asked the appropriate questions and guided us through the process expertly, leaving us in the position of responding accurately to the needs of Rocket Mortgage. When we needed advice he was quick to refer us to the right person and to provide answers when we needed them.

The whole process took about half the time we expected and was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Angelo to anyone who would ask. Well done Angel. Read MoreRead Less
