Tim made my refinance nightmare a pleasant dream.
We were wanting to recover some equity out of our house to use toward college and Tim made it all possible. We closed with @24,000 to put toward college. Thanks Tim for what you do and the sacrifices you make to make things possible for others.

WOW! I spoke to Rick the week after Thanksgiving and I was sitting at my kitchen table closing my re-finance the week before Christmas. Unbelievable turn around time. Rick answered all my questions on the initial call, told me he would call me back in an hour (and did) to go over any additional information needed. Rick listened to what my goals were in the refi--told me what he had to offer ...WOW! I was coming off a 4.5 month disaster with another company who strung me along before I finally cancelled the loan. Rick pulls it off in 3.5 week. I needed to take cash out of my home for a recent divorce and had all my finances organized. So, I was looking for a company and person that was as organized and quick as I was prepared to be.
