Christine is knowledgeable and positive. She certainly lead the way with what I thought was going to be a difficult refinancing process. It wasn't. I couldn't be more pleased with all of her assistance from the initial contact through closing.

Sarah made me feel very comfortable. She was professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. Followed through on everything. I have never gotten a home loan before with so little hassle-really no hassle. Highly recommend Sarah and Rocket Mortgage.

My experience with Brian was very good. He was efficient, professional and pleasant. In the course of the process I had a number of questions that he was able to successfully handle promptly. The expectations he gave me at the outset of the process were accurate. So overall my wife and I were very pleased with our Rocket Mortgage experience and Brian.

Michael was great to work with. He made the process of refinancing my two properties so easy. And when I had a question or concern, we was very responsive to both calls and email. I would use him again and have recommended him to several people.

Wonderful experience! Blessed to have such a great team, loan process was simple, easy to monitor and steps were laid out nicely. I went out of town the week of closing, and they sent a team to me where I was :-). Thank you Liz :-)

Justin was a great guy to work with. He made the process very easy to do online. He even helped me do some paper work on line that I wasn't sure of. If I ever had a question about anything and had to leave him a message he would always get back to me right away. He's a nice guy, has a good sense of humor and makes things happen.. This is my second loan with Rocket Mortgage and will use them ...Justin was a great guy to work with. He made the process very easy to do online.
