I called 800 number to get info about Heloc. Chris explained the underwriting details so I ended up refinance my first home mortgage and got a Heloc. Doing so, I locked my rate for a longer period with lower Heloc rate. Chris was very responsive. He always got back to my calls or email within couple hours.
