Michael was helpful, responsive and engaging. He made the process easy. He was also very reassuring when I was worried about whether everything would come together (and that happened more than once!) I miss him!

Oh wow, what to say about the best banker in the biz...Not only is he almost as funny as me, but he completely prepared me for the home buying process. I pretty much was a nervous wreck buying my first home, but he reassured me pretty much everyday until I closed (that's a lot of work). I'm thankful I had someone like him watching over my loan. I appreciate all your hard work, Dustin. The whole portal experience allowed us to stay current with the needs of the borrower by providing whatever documents or signatures in the now. In addition, all questioned were answered promptly via mail and the portal which gave us plenty of continuous confidence of the transaction. On top of great service, Rocket Mortgage provided us with a rate and fees significantly lower than other lenders. Moreover, Rocket Mortgage allowed us to close at our dining room table at a time that was convenient to us. Thanks Rocket Mortgage for one World Class Experience with refinancing.
