I had tried to work with two other refinancing agencies. I've also refinanced a car and financed a new car recently. They could all learn a lot from Michael and Rocket Mortgage. Michael made me feel like he wanted my business and enjoyed working with me. The other places felt like if I jumped through all their hoops maybe they would permit me to borrow money from them.
