Brian tailored his interaction to my level of understanding and this saved a great deal of time. He also answered my questions concisely rather than reading from a preset text although I am sure he covered all the points required. A pleasure to deal with!

Delightful experience....man had patience of Job....took me six months to get house together!! Only complaint was he told me that his appraiser could match the price of a local man I found. He failed to tell me that I would also have to pay them a fee. I would recommend his to friends.

Mitchell was wonderful to work with. He made something as stressful as getting a mortgage stress free.
He kept me informed the entire way and there were no surprises.

My husband and I thought O'Neal Isaac was very professional and totally awesome in handling our refinancing process. We finished signing our papers in 45 minutes as promised. Even the appraisers were just as fast and efficient . We were super satisfied altogether and no other company was able to meet or beat our new monthly mortgage payment. Thanks for everything Isaac O'Neal !!!

Refinancing your mortgage can be an intimidating process, but Diana and all the other associates gave me all the help I needed with patience, courtesy and friendliness beyond anything I expected. I am glad I went to Rocket Mortgage and got everything I needed! And, yes, this IS a recommendation!
