Our bank was using Rocket Mortgage and the mortgage specialist never seemed to be available. Told my husband that I my as well just call Rocket Mortgage myself. I did and Frank was awesome! I'm a Realtor and was working on our behalf. Frank made the process so easy and Rocket Mortgage made it super quick! The way the Rocket Mortgage system works is flawed in the fact that you build a relationship with the first contact and then are thrown around from person to person. I understand the point, but it was kind of messy. Not her fault.
