Alan was very thorough and prompt throughout the entire process explaining to a "tee" all aspects of our loan. I was very much surprised by the ease of submitting documents which was at least 100% easier than a prior online mortgage through Citibank 10 years ago. I have related our experience to friends and coworkers alike.
