The thing that impresses me the most about Robert is his ability to anticipate my questions, questions I didn't really know how to ask, because I don't understand banking and financial terms and processes. His customer service skills are truly a gift, and I feel blessed that I had the privilege to benefit from them. Another thing I really like about Robert is how he represents Rocket Mortgage, with pride and a focused vision. Five stars is not enough to say how satisfied I am with my experience with Robert. He made the whole process such a pleasure that it was actually fun. Read MoreRead Less

Tiffany was very helpful in the process of refinancing our loan. The only challenge was reaching her by phone. I believe she works different hours. But, she was very kind and helpful when I could speak with her.

Our experience with Rocket Mortgage has been wonderful and Stephanie was a huge part of that. She was available whenever we needed her, day or night, to answer questions and was always so pleasant to talk to. Thank you, Stephanie!!!
