In the spirit of full disclosure, I was a sceptic. I thought refinancing our home would be as enjoyable as a root canal. I was wrong. So wrong. Andrew was professional, efficient, and always made time for our concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew specifically and Rocket Mortgage in general for any home financing needs.

Andrew is absolutely fantastic. Rocket Mortgage make sure you never ever lose this guy. They are rare to find for companies. He is a human being and will take care of his clients like he wants to be taken care. Nate was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was not overbearing, and never called or emailed unless was absolutely necessary. We went on vacation in the middle of the loan process, and he allowed us to vacation in peace without having to request that he do so. Steve was always extremely responsive no matter how I contacted him-- phone, email or via the website. he followed up on issues and always seemed familiar with my case. I was worried I was going to feel like I was talking to a robot but it was a pleasant surprise to know I had a dedicated, attentive, and knowledgeable person on my side to shepherd me through the process.
