I was curious about status of my Rocket Mortgage mortgage, and how to check on a better rate. When I contacted the site, my info went to Nikki, who contacted me and got me directed to an update of my mortgage. Right from the beginning I found Nikki very easy to communicate with. Nikki was always patient when it came to answering questions and making sure the steps went smoothly.

I eventually was moved on to other representatives, but didn't feel as comfortable as I had with Nikki. Although the other representatives were very knowledgable, I felt much more at ease working with Nikki.
