Jake was phenomenal. He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough.

As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case ...Jake was phenomenal. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for.

This is the second time for me working with a Rocket Mortgage Mortgage Team. Jad along with all of the team members made the refinance process nearly flawless. Even with some small changes, on my part in the latter part of the process, there was no interference with meeting the designated time lines. Shane was very good about explaining any and all parts of the process I had questions on, which was good because I had a lot as a new home buyer. He also excelled at following documentation that needed to be provided and helping me get all of my "todos" in to Rocket Mortgage. He was the perfect combination of subject matter expert, coach, and mentor to get through what is (even with the Rocket ...Shane was very good about explaining any and all parts of the process I had questions on, which was good because I had a lot as a new home buyer. Tima made the process very easy, and that makes a world of difference in the refinance process. He explained everything step by step and was very easy to talk to about every question asked. I never thought refinancing a home mortgage could be as easy as it was and i will refer anyone i know who is looking to refinance or buy a home.
