Meghan, is one of the nicest, informative people that I really have never seen. She makes this entire loan process very easy breezy. I had applied before some years ago and the experience I had before ,does not compare to how Meghan has been there. Our process was very , very quick as promised. We were informed every step of the way and we can reach Meghan any time and she would return our calls....Meghan, is one of the nicest, informative people that I really have never seen. Nikki was PHENOMENAL to work with. Easy to contact, quick with her work. Not a hint of impatience or snark at all. She is definitely on your side and happy to explain any questions you may have. Very kind as well and she seems to actually make a connection with you and your property. If you choose Rocket Mortgage, definitely choose Nikki 👍🏻
