From the minute I talked to Paul Sarrach at Rocket Mortgage, I knew we were in good hands. James did an amazing job from day one when I first spoke to James he made sure I totally understood the whole mortgage process he was fair quick to get back to me I answered every question no matter how confused I had gotten James is truly good at what he does making something that can be so difficult truly easy I had no plans of ever read doing my mortgage because of bad experiences in the past... I must say that working with Frank and Rocket Mortgage has been a wonderful experience for me.
Frank prequalified me on the first day and I was ecstatic! From that point on it has been smooth sailing the whole way through. I had all of my documents prepared ahead of time, for the most part. So uploading them onto my Rocket Mortgage portal was very simple.
Frank is very sharp, very patient, ...I must say that working with Frank and Rocket Mortgage has been a wonderful experience for me.

Excellent experience! Chad was thorough, ansered my questions and kept the process moving along. I was a late investor in my retuirement and my home was a big part of that. Chad was able to get us a GREAT rate and to move my "monthly prinicpal" much larger than it was so every month I am saving so much more towards my retirement.
