If you work with him, it felt like he has your back! He even called during Thanksgiving to give me heads up on something that must be taken cared of to not slow down the loan process to close on the date we needed. I would highly suggest you use Rocket Mortgage AND ask for Greg! You will NOT be disappointed! Any future Refinance or relocation purchase I am going with Greg and Rocket Mortgage!Read MoreRead Less

Ryan did a good job but was a little upset because after everything was said and done, my monthly payments did not actually go down any and that was the whole purpose of the refinancing.

Marc Cohen made the mortgage refinancing process easy and understandable. He showed both an extremely high level of expertise and a great care for keeping me updated about the process. He was nearly immediately available throughout and even after the process to answer questions. I give Marc my thanks and my highest recommendation.

Couldn't be happier with how Don helped my wife and I out with our refinance. Lowered the interest rate, shortened the term of the loan, and took time off of the loan. Don was always friendly and always reachable via phone or email. The process was so easy and the website is fabulous. Don is the man!
