David was extremely helpful and informative when I called to ask about refinancing my home. He knew exactly what I needed to do, and answered all my questions as he walked me through the process. I was able to complete the paperwork and refinance my home with no more than 3 phone calls. I had the closing within a week. Thanks to David's help, I was able to decrease my mortgage by 5 years. Tara is awesome. She was friendly, returned calls, always courteous, explained everything. They do what they say they are going to do. The rate was way better than Chase or Citibank. No brainer.

Areeya was a tremendous help and encouragement while I was looking for a home. She would check in with me even on the weekends to see if I had found a house yet. When I finally did, she helped every step of the way. I would recommend her and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a home.
