Although there were several people I talked to during the transaction Patrick was always my go to person and the one I trusted most. He had excellent follow up skills and I knew I could count on him. I really enjoyed working with Patrick.

Merribeth was very professional. She provided the right amount of attention to our experience! It was an easy peasy process, I will add. Thank you, Rocket Mortgage and thank you Merribeth!

We had the pleasure of having Phillip work with us on our recent refi. Phillip kept us informed, answered all our questions, and gave us the best experience. I have to say that he exceeded my expectations.

Amie was wonderful to work with! She knows her stuff and removed all of the confusion for a first time home buyer trying to navigate the loan process. I've recommended Amie already to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I have conducted several mortgage refinances through Rocket Mortgage since 2009 and this most recent transaction was the best experience I have had to date. I think this was due solely to the outstanding competence of Ashawn Butler. He was very responsive in answering and explaining any question or issue I had throughout the process. I really felt and believe he watched out for my best interest ...I have conducted several mortgage refinances through Rocket Mortgage since 2009 and this most recent transaction was the best experience I have had to date. Just want to take a minute and tell everyone the experience I had with Rocket Mortgage and my loan expert, Trace Miller. He was informative, friendly, professional. Always a phone call, text away. He walked me through ever step. He was always a joy to talk to. Can't say enough about the great experience. Tracy needs a raise!!
