I was amazed at how fast our refinance happened. I rarely had to ask a question because Brock let me know anytime there was a change. The times I did call to ask a question he usually returned the call within minutes. If it wouldn't have been for Brock, I might have gone elsewhere.

I have a very difficult loan application--selling two rental house and buying two more in different state. It is extremely difficult and Avis picked up on what I wanted to accomplish right away. I currently have 2 loans with Rocket Mortgage and the process has been so much simpler than when I went through Chase. My grandson is in the process of buying a house and he was having problems with them keeping him informed on what needed to be done and took days to call him back. Finally got discouraged and was just going to quit the whole deal until I told him to call Rocket Mortgage and his loan should be closing first week of November. He even offered several different ideas and suggestions that we had not considered. At no time during our conversation did it feel like Scott was there only to push a loan, it felt like we were having a conversation with a friend.

Robert walked me through the application process on a Friday night right before the Fourth of July. Well, it really was a 'rocket' application. He was there to guide me through everything.
