Sam provided excellent service and was very informative about my options. I feel like he was a great coach for my first home refinancing loan providing me with the details i need to make informed decisions. He kept people in contact with me so I could know the progress of my loan and he would touch base and let me know who to expect to talk to next and about what. I am glad I had a rep like Sam ...Sam provided excellent service and was very informative about my options.
