My wife and I are first time home buyers. We found a beautiful condo for sale and wanted to make an offer. However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call.
