Scott was great to work with and super organized. He made the process of obtaining a loan as simple as one could. He is professional and polite and on time when we set up calls. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the marketplace and proactive when a file was missing information.

I had a great experience with my re-fi and Ryan Hand was a big part of that. Ryan walked me through the process and made it all real simple. When we hit a couple of snags that were not in his control, he jumped in quickly and worked it out super fast.
Thanks again Ryan!

Michael was amazing. He was always on point and made himself available every moment, with every answer during this process. There were even times when there was a question or issue while working with the Closing Agents that Michael stepped up and worked me through the answer. He constently provided a high level of customer service.
