Courtney was very friendly yet professional. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of my loan and Rocket Mortgage. She is a big part of why I would refer others to use Rocket Mortgage and I would use them again.

I had a great experience working with Robert to refinance our home loans, yes did it twice with him!. He was prompt in replying my any questions by email or phone. I like the way he took me thru' the application process step by step on Rocket Mortgage.com. The process moved nicely from department to department and finally to closing. That was a very good experience with easy to use technology and professional Robert! Read MoreRead Less

We have done three different loans with Drew and his processing team , primary properties ( ours & our son's) & investment, rental property .
Drew has done an amazing job from the beginning up to the end of finish line by being actively involved to answer any question and clarified and get an answer from his team and convey it back to us.
We closed our loans and got the best interest rate with the lowest closing costs.
Drew Klein has performed a five star job for us and we are grateful to him and his team.
