He was very knowledgeable and encouraging. He was the utmost professional in every way possible. I only wish I could have had Jason through the entire refinancing process not that the other specialists were not as good but because I could tell he genuinely cares about his customer and he was willing to go above and beyond the normal scope of his job to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure that when it was time to pass me off to the next Rocket Mortgage specialist that I knew exactly what was going to take place so I knew what to expect next after my time with him was completed. Having Jason Pierce on the Rocket Mortgage team is one reason I would recommend Rocket Mortgage and him personally to anyone needing financial solutions. Outstanding young man with a very bright future ahead !! Thanks again Jason for outstanding customer service !Read MoreRead Less
