Talking to Ryan verbally gave a confidence that switching to Q.L. was the right apprach (I had just started a refinance effort through a different bank). Also, talking (verbally, over phone calls) with Richard, left a feeling that things are being taken care of, and not only by a process, but also the care and management of a live person.
