I started by sending a chat request through the Rocket Mortgage website, just inquiring about refinancing, and Jeremy responded to my chat. Within an hour we had the loan docs completed! He walked me through the process over the phone as I uploaded supporting documents into the website. I couldn't believe we got it done in one phone call.
