tim was very helpful and patient, as it took a while to find the right house. we ended up taking months from our first pre-approval to find the right place, but when we did, Tim helped make the process easy, quick and friendly.

We have worked with Kent on our initial loan and two refinances since then. He has made the process simple and hassle free as well as get us into loans with better terms and or interests rates. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to use him for my mortgage needs.

He was very helpful and informative but we had to repeatedly ask him not to call my husband during business hours. Would've been nice to notice that he listened. Otherwise he would've received a better score from us.
