I had a Mortgage with Wells Fargo and have been unhappy with them for sometime due to some of their shady practices. I applied for a VA refinance with cash out and had West DeWitt as my mortgage manager. I have to say that this was a very easy process that was fluid and effortless. I appreciate everything the Rocket Mortgage team did to expedite the process.
