I had numerous interactions with Skylar due to the nature of my situation, and complexity of getting numerous accounts funded from retirement accounts consolidated into a central location. A few times when working with the handoff people issues would arise, and a quick call to Skylar would get things back on track. Julie was great. I inquired about a Refi with Rocket Mortgage because of my experience from the past. I could not have been happier from the call I received on a Saturday because I filled out my on line questionnaire. the entire experience was very easy and I was confident I was in good hands. I would recommend Julie and her team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. If she is up for...Julie was great.
