Nick is amazing! He made us feel like his only clients while helping us through the process. I definitely recommend him, he was always professional, personable and always responded in a timely manner. He is definitely a hard worker.

Chris provided a very stress free and knowlegeable experience with re-financing our home. Would not think twice about contacting him again for another loan or referring him to somebody else who needs a home loan. Basically, he made the loan process (along with the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team) a very pleasant experience.

To be honest I was nervous about doing something so huge by phone and internet but it really was so simple, and easy. I can not thank you enough Matt, for going over all of my options and helping me understand each one. Very happy client!Read MoreRead Less

Lucas helped me with a refinance and was always available when I needed him. Any time I had questions or concerns, I could call him up and he would either take care of the situation or point me in the right direction to get the issue solved. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and I will go back to him when I move. A true professional!!

Lawrence is/was knowledgeable, attentive and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He walks you through the entire process assuring you have a full understanding, addressing those areas where you may have questions or concerns. He's a great listener which is a skill that seems to have gone away.

He's a great asset to Rocket Mortgage and the consummate professional.

Our experience working with Gerald was the best mortgage experience we have had. Easy to contact, phone, text, email, as well as chat function on website. He was able to pull over a lot of information that was provided for previous application which saved us a lot of time & he was very courteous & responsive throughout the whole process.
