Jack, and his team, were incredible!! When I initially applied for a mortgage I did it through Citibank. I had the WORST experience with them, and with only about two weeks left till my closing date switched to Rocket Mortgage. Jack worked very hard on my behalf and we were able to close on our first home. Jack kept in touch with me every step of the way and guided me through the whole process. He answered ALL of my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking them. If you are a first time homebuyer Jack is your guy!
