I attempted to refinance three times over the last three years with two different credit unions and agencies. It was very difficult. I found it very easy. There was one miscommunication that you needed a form I was not aware of but never did I find it difficult or untimely. Thanks for quality service.

I gave Gordon a 5 star for answering his phone on 3rd ring. He worked with us that day to start refinance process. It was painless at that! Our Refinance was complete in less than 30 days. I totally recommend Gordon at Rocket Mortgage.

Blake is very professional, knows the finance market very well and is always most patient with his customers, who aren't always the most knowledgeable ( like myself) with the process) of refi. Thanks Blake
