Matthew was there for my buyer @ all times in the beginning which was great being buyer was a first time home buyer to take the time to detail the process. What was incredible was the timing, it was a day before Christmas Eve and he was there til late that night making sure he'd be available to help us get thru the contract & get it taken care of so promptly.
