Liz was great, she walked us through the process of refinancing. Organize others on her team to work with us. If I was better on the computer, I wouldn't have had to leave my house at all. But I couldn't figure out how to send a Fax on my computer. Every time I needed to talk to her or Cathy Miller, I couldn't believe it they called back in minutes. Started working with Charlene on October 10, 2015 with a 3.25% rate for a 15 year and 0 down...just wasn't right time. Called again in April and again Charlene put her energy into my inquiry...but again it just didn't seem to be the right time.
