I would like to say without Heather's help, we would not have been able to close this past Saturday. This was our third and final try to refinance, due to finding out the paperwork that was needed was not mandatory and Rocket Mortgage kept closing my loan. Heather reached out to me, with those news, and asked that we entrust her to meet the end goal.
