The over all experience was good. Nicholas followed through with what he said was to take place as others were changing the terms and expenses while he was out. The closing was delayed for over a month because items were not completed on time that were not in my control that could have been completed on time in my opinion. I found out about a week before closing took place that I was elligible ...The over all experience was good. Nicholas followed through with what he said was to take place as others were changing the terms and expenses while he was out. The closing was delayed for over a month because items were not completed on time that were not in my control that could have been completed on time in my opinion. I found out about a week before closing took place that I was elligible for discounts that were not offered or applied to my account - Via- Charles Schwab. The costs charged, in my opinion ended up higher and in excess for the 2 refi m loans that were completed.

My wife and I had used another well known company for our refinance and were put through the ringer with endless phone calls and emails as well as constantly being asked to resend things that we already had. We also were stuck dealing with numerous people who had no idea about our file or who we were which led us to discontinuing business with them . I never write reviews because so often you only get the basics in business these days but I have been blown away by Richard and the Rocket Mortgage process. Richard had answers for all of our questions as well as suggestions for us on how to progress forward since we are small business owners and dont report income the same was as a typical employee.
