I would definitely recommend Creighton to friends and family. He works very hard for the buyer, fought hard to get the price right and got the seller to fix and or replace any issues or concerns after inspection....A buyers advocate!

Five stars plus five for Lisa James at Rocket Mortgage. What a great experience. The days of dealing with pushy mortgage brokers from other banks is over. I normally do not have the time nor desire to rate customer satisfaction, however I felt Lisa's work ethic deserved it. The documents I uploaded were almost immediately acknowledged and acted upon. Brett Cerqua and his staff were great throughout the loan process. All loan information and costs initially provided were accurate from beginning to end. Receiving notice that something had to be performed on my part was great and the completion of documents was very easy. I would certainly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Brett to friends.

Olivia was a pleasure to work with. She stuck with it from initial contact right up to closing. She is the reason we decided to go with Rocket Mortgage as our mortgage banker, and we thank her for her efforts on our behalf. Rocket Mortgage is well served having Olivia on their staff.

What a great experience! I am so happy that I got to work with Mathew Goldberg on our home purchase loan. He was like family in a very short time. And so efficient. The loan process was actually fun. How many people can say that about getting a loan, especially at Christmas time? Thanks Mathew! I would highly, highly recommend you.
