I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
When we start to get connected, you gave me two options, one with higher interest but lower closing cost and one lower rate and higher cost. I chose after doing the math the lower interest with the higher cost. Adam was our lead guy on this adventure. He guided us through the maze of mortgage applications and through the VA process. We did a VA loan from the initial offer on the property to close in 20 days! Even Rocket Mortgage couldn't believe it. We are in Fla. and did all of this online and on the phone.
