I was very sceptical prior to applying for a mortgage considering am a first time home buyer and all of the process is extremely foreign to me. As soon as Ryan called rest assured he made me feel relax, comfortable and I had a little bit of a sigh of relief.
Ryan is very knowledgeable based on our conversations, very calm demeanor and I have the tendency to talk over people.
