There was no disclosure that I would have to wait 1-2 weeks after the right of rescission ended for me to access my funds from a heloc. Even after speaking to Derek after the closing he did not give me the information. It was never disclosed that I would not receive a checkbook to write checks to draw on the account. I would have call and pay interest on money that will take days before it is ...There was no disclosure that I would have to wait 1-2 weeks after the right of rescission ended for me to access my funds from a heloc. Even after speaking to Derek after the closing he did not give me the information. It was never disclosed that I would not receive a checkbook to write checks to draw on the account. I would have call and pay interest on money that will take days before it is cashed by the end recipient. I am no longer recommending rocket.
