I'd received an unsolicited refi offer in the mail recently, but the principal balance used to calculate my new too-good-to-turn-down monthly payment was substantially higher than the real figure. He was courteous, professional, and honest. In the end, we agreed that given my current goals and the length of time I plan to stay in my home, status quo was the best option for me. Cass never pressed for the "sale" because he's all about caring for the customer's best interest, rather than his commission check.
