I didn't have a bad experience with Richard or anyone else on the Rocket Mortgage team. The process was pretty straight forward and if I had a question I received immediate feedback. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Richard. Thank you for all your help with my refinance! It was well worth it.

Brian has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very prompt. We feel extremely blessed to have Brian there to answer our questions and guide us through our purchase. His customer service is “off the charts” good and I would recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to purchase or refinance their home. We can’t thank him enough.

Brian was an amazing first impression for Rocket Mortgage. He is very prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous, but he eased my nerves and got me where we needed to be to buy our first home!!

Hi Gordon,

Got your voicemails. I really do appreciate your congrats. And I'll definitely be sure to recommend you directly if the opportunity arises to do so.

The Rocket Mortgage team has done an outstanding job. The regular contact has been awesome. It's not hard after the fact to realize that it was ensured that we had contact at least once a week. That's great customer service!
