Sarah was the absolute best! We actually had a loan lined up with a different lender, and they pulled out 1 week before our close due to a concern with employment history. We input our info into Rocket Mortgage site, and Sarah called us right back within minutes (we hadn't even left the McDonald's drive-thru).

She was incredibly understanding, and made it a priority to get everything setup and done...Sarah was the absolute best! We actually had a loan lined up with a different lender, and they pulled out 1 week before our close due to a concern with employment history.
