Even after his part in the process was through and the processing went to another department, he was always there available to consult and ever ready to assist with any questions we had and would go and help us out to verify any answers for us if it was not in his domain. We applaud the efficiency of Rocket Mortgage's mortgage processing. The ease , transparency, cost and speed was excellent. We will not hesitate to recommend Rocket Mortgage to anybody thinking of acquiring or refinancing their mortgage.
